Most are naturally water repellent because of the use of real natural leather, but boots equiped with GORETEX are waterproof, so they can be submerged for a while.
Do your boots contain fabrics?
The products from Schütze Schuhe, such as the Asphalt Pro and Red Roofer, and all other boots, are fully perforated leather inside and out, which is a rare sight these days, and gives the boot optimal breathability and durability.
Other boots from Steitz are either GORETEX or fabric inside.

We use STRIPE payment system, which offers numerous payment options. If no payment method is accepted, please contact us via the contact page.
Can I use cheques or bank wires?
Yes you can! Please contact us to make this work. We have a US business banking account.
Shipping
This depends on the products you purchase. The 6833, 6432, 6430, 6323 and 4346 are all on stock in Winchester, Illinois, including the accesoirces such as insoles and laces. We aim for 2 businessdays shipping.
The other boots are on stock in the Netherlands, which we ship out once a week in bulk, with other orders. This takes 10-15 businessdays usually. These boots get sent to Winchester, Illinois aswell, and get sent to you from there.
Yes, our 3PL provides a tracking code, most likely from UPS. We also provide tracking codes ourselves for the order from the Netherlands. You will be updated about the status of your boots aswell.
Do I need to declare with US customs or otherwise?
No, customs and duties are paid by us. You will have no troubles with US customs or anything similair.
Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange my boots for a smnaller/bigger size if they don’t fit?
Yes! Within 30 days of ordering the boots. The condition of the boots must be unused and unscratched. Check our return conditions for all details.
Contact us about an exchange via the contact page or via email, and we will send you a return label for UPS. Check our return conditions for all details.
Warranty
Yes, 180 days since the day of purchase, only on production errors. We are not liable for external factors that destroy the boots.
What if my boot breaks within 180 days because of a production error?
Please contact us, we will find a fitting solutions: Replacement, repairs or discount.
